Diane Hong

Diane Hong has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2019, they have been serving as the Director of People & Technology at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Prior to that, in 2015, they founded Successio Partners Consulting Inc. and held the position of President & Founder. From 2010 to 2015, Diane worked at CBV Collection Services Ltd, initially as the Vice President of Human Resources - North America and later as the Director of Human Resources. Before that, they held roles at the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, including Recruitment Manager and Manager of Workforce Project Control. Diane started their career at Adecco Employment Services as a Branch Manager from 2003 to 2008.

Diane Hong has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Ottawa, obtained between 1991 and 1994. Diane also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive MBA from Simon Fraser University, obtained between 2017 and 2019. In addition, they have a Graduate Certificate in Business in the Americas with a field of study in International Business, also obtained from Simon Fraser University between 2018 and 2019. Diane Hong has several certifications, including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) obtained in 2015, Senior Professional in Human Resources obtained in 2012, and Chartered Professional in Human Resources obtained in 2003. Diane is also a member of CPHR BC & Yukon.
