Melanie Dhawan

Melanie Dhawan has over 20 years of work experience. Melanie began their career in 1997 as an Auditor at Deloitte. In 2001, they moved to Reed Elsevier as a Financial Analyst, then to BBC Technology as a Finance Manager. In 2004, they joined Evolving Systems / Tertio Telecoms Ltd as a Financial Controller. From 2006 to 2019, they held various roles at Turner (Turner Broadcasting System, Inc), including Executive Director, Finance, International Licensing & Merchandising, Finance Director, EMEA Licensing & Merchandising, Finance Director - Shared Kids and Corporate, Finance Transformation Lead - Finance Business Partnering, and Controller. In 2019, they became Interim Director of Group FP&A, Finance Integration Lead at Just Eat Takeaway.com. In 2021, they were appointed VP Finance, Transformation and Operations at Adevinta, and in 2022 they joined S4 Capital Group as SVP Finance.

Melanie Dhawan is a graduate of The University of Edinburgh, having earned a BCom (Hons) in Business Studies and Accounting. Melanie is also an ICAEW member.
