Genevieve Bloom CA(SA)

Genevieve Bloom CA(SA) has worked in the finance and audit industry since 2013. Genevieve began their career at KPMG South Africa as an Audit Supervisor, where they were involved in energy and mining audits, independent reviews and Agreed Upon Procedures engagements. In 2015, they moved to CrossCountry Consulting as an Experienced Associate, where they were contracted to RSM US and was responsible for planning, budgeting and control of projects. In 2016, they joined KPMG Nederland as a Manager Corporate Finance, where they were responsible for deals and valuations, cash flow forecasting, financial analysis and performance analysis. Genevieve was also a core member of an international community initiative which is aimed to facilitate and support diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In 2022, they joined S4 Capital Group as a Corporate Finance Manager.

Genevieve Bloom CA(SA) is currently studying for the CFA Institute Level 1. Genevieve previously obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA) from the University of Cape Town in 2012 and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Financial Accounting from the University of Cape Town between 2008 and 2011. Genevieve also obtained their Chartered Accountant certification from SAICA CA(SA) in August 2016.
