Sasi Kanth has worked in the customer service and operations industry since 2015. Sasi'sfirst role was as a Strategic Planner Intern at Lodestar Technology Services in 2015, where they conducted online research on digital and social media marketing and built strategies for social media and offline marketing. Sasi then worked as an SEO Intern at Jugular Social Media in 2016. In 2017, they became an Operations Manager at Awkworld Networking Pvt Ltd. and then moved to Bikayi in 2019, where they were a Customer Support Lead. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Support Lead at SaaS Labs.

Sasi Kanth obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Advertising & Marketing from I-nurture Educational Solutions between 2013 and 2017. In 2015, they obtained an EFSET 64 Advanced (CEFR C1) certification from EF Education First. Sasi also holds an efset certification.
