Qusai Alhudhud has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Qusai began their career in 2014 as a Trainee at Investbank. Later on, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Extensya in 2016. Qusai then transitioned into accounting roles, serving as a General Accountant at Qottuf al jazeera for investment and trading L.L.C from 2016 to 2017, and at Alkhorayef Group from 2017 to 2018. Qusai then shifted their focus to customer success and management roles, first joining ekar as a Customer Service Manager in 2018. Qusai successfully managed a team of 25 agents, improved SLAs, and maintained high customer satisfaction ratings. Qusai was later promoted to Customer Success Manager at ekar, where they led the launch of a car subscription marketplace product, implemented new technologies to streamline communication, and maintained strong relationships with B2B partners. Currently, Qusai holds the position of Community Happiness Manager at Sabbar | صبّار, where they have developed and implemented customer experience strategies and conducted customer feedback analysis to optimize the customer experience for a new product.
Qusai Alhudhud received their high school diploma from Secondry Khaled Ben Alwaled School in 2011. Qusai then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Yarmouk University, graduating in 2015. In 2019, Qusai completed a course on Reading Financial Statements from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI). Currently, they are pursuing a Professional Certificate in CX from The CX Academy, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Qusai also obtained additional certifications, including becoming a Saudi CX Association Member and a CXPA Professional Member, both in May 2023.
