'Dolapo Adeniji

Dolapo Adeniji has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

In 2012, they began their career as an Industrial Trainee - Human Resource Clerk at Vitafoam Nigeria Plc, where they were involved in tasks such as searching and screening CVs, conducting interviews, and maintaining a resume database.

From 2016 to 2017, Dolapo worked as a Commercial Executive at Caleb International School.

In 2017, they joined JobMag as an HR Officer (Junior Consultant), where they provided support to clients, managed recruitment processes, developed SOPs, and carried out employee surveys and audits. They were also involved in in-house onboarding and provided administrative support.

From 2018 to 2019, Dolapo served as an HR & Business Process Consultant (Team Lead) at JobMag. In this role, they managed business process restructuring and HR institutionalizing projects for SMEs in various industries. They collaborated with top management to define and implement HR strategies and managed the end-to-end recruitment process.

Starting in 2019, Dolapo took on the role of HRBP - Talent Acquisition at BP Business Solutions Limited. In this position, they partnered with top FMCG, Manufacturing, Media, Engineering, and Telecommunications companies to meet their talent needs. They provided executive search, talent acquisition, and headhunting services.

Most recently, Dolapo joined Sabi in 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting different business entities and being involved in talent identification, sourcing, and engagement.

Dolapo Adeniji completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management at Osun State University from 2009 to 2014. In addition, Dolapo obtained the following certifications: Talent Management from LinkedIn in September 2021, Associate CIPM from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria CIPM in August 2021, World class HR: 21st Century Talent Management from Udemy: Online Courses in September 2020, Data Analytics from Utiva in September 2019, Associate Member from the Institute of Strategic Management Nigeria in April 2014, and GLMP from the Institute of Management Leadership and Productivity Development in January 2015.
