Robert van der Linden started their work experience in 1994 as a Telecom/data engineer at Van den Pol, where they installed active data components and worked with datanetwerken. In 1997, they joined Avaya as a Telecom engineer, where they installed Definty solutions and Call management systems. Robert then progressed to become a Tier 2 support engineer, Tier 3 backbone engineer, and finally a Premium support backbone engineer, providing support to business partners and customers in EMEA on "converged voice" (VoIP). In 2009, they worked as a Technical Consultant at Televersal, where they designed Avaya solutions and provided technical advice. From 2010 to 2011, Robert served as a Support engineer at Telindus. Robert then worked at Datapoint as a Project and Support Engineer from 2012 to 2013, and later as a Senior Project & Support Engineer Benelux & Germany from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Project & Support Engineer at Sabio, starting in 2017.
Robert van der Linden attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 1988 to 1993. Robert earned a HBO degree in Telematic during this period. Later, they pursued further education at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 1995 to 1996, where they completed a Post HBO degree in Business- and Telecommunication.
