Mary Gorski

Mary Gorski, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over three decades. Mary has held various leadership positions in different organizations.

From 1990 to 1993, Mary worked as a Human Resource Assistant at Northwest Airlines. Mary then joined CH Robinson in 1993 and held multiple roles, including HR Director - Produce, Compensation Manager, and Human Resource Generalist until 2004.

In 2004, Mary founded their own company, MG Assessments, where they provided consulting services.

Mary then joined Pilot Freight Services in 2009 as the Executive Director of Human Resources. In this role, they worked closely with the Senior Management team to develop and execute human resource strategies.

In 2019, Mary joined IDeaS Revenue Solutions as the Sr. Human Resources Director. Mary led a global HR team and provided guidance in areas such as leadership development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.

Mary'smost recent position was at Sabrosura Foods, where they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources, responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and talent management.

Mary Gorski has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions, including strategic planning, employee relations, and talent management. Mary'svast experience has equipped their with the skills to drive business results and support organizational goals.

Mary Gorski, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Concordia University-St. Paul. they have also obtained certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI and PXT Select™ Certification from PXT Select™ in 2019 and 2018 respectively.
