Lourdes Gonzalez-Llanos

Lourdes Gonzalez-Llanos currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Management at Sacyr, a position held since August 2021, where responsibilities encompass employer branding, talent acquisition, selection center management, employee experience, and various transformation projects.
