Michael Knitter

Michael Knitter has held various leadership positions in the field of human resources and total rewards. Michael has extensive experience in developing and implementing strategies related to total rewards, total health, and benefits. Throughout their career, they have worked for notable organizations such as Texas Health Resources, Adventist Health, and The University of Chicago. Michael has successfully led transformation efforts, implemented shared services, and managed large budgets and teams. Michael has also demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and management, change management, and human resources operations.

Michael Knitter holds a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Michael also graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Furthermore, they have received additional certifications including being a Candidate for the International Coaching Federation Approved Certified Associate Coach from Blue Mesa Coaching in 2020, and the Global Benefits Management Certification from Georgetown University in 2000.
