Katie Phillips

Katie Phillips is an experienced professional with a background in management and public relations. Currently serving as a Family Coach at Safe Families for Children since 2021, Katie previously worked as a Settlement Analyst at CareWorks Consultants from 2008 to 2017, where responsibilities included advocating for business owners, developing cost-control strategies for workers' compensation, conducting future cost analyses, and negotiating with attorneys. Prior to that role, Katie was employed as a Settlement Specialist and Handicap Reimbursement Specialist at Sedgwick CMS from 2004 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management from Ohio Dominican University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and English from Otterbein University.
