Jeffery Otte

Jeffery Otte has extensive work experience in operations management and leadership roles. Jeffery is currently the Director of Operations at Safe Fleet since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operations at United Rotary Brush Corporation from 2018 to 2021, where they were responsible for total manufacturing operations and overseeing $45 million in annual sales. Before that, they were the Director of Operations at Rockwell Collins from 2015 to 2018, managing domestic and international manufacturing facilities and a $100 million annual production. Jeffery also worked as a Plant Manager at Exterran in 2014, overseeing all operations and activities for $30 million in annual sales. In addition, they served as the Vice President of Operations at AirFixture, LLC from 2003 to 2014, where they had total P&L responsibility and led a manufacturing venture supplying Johnson Controls International. Jeffery's earlier experience includes serving as a Product Line Manager at Boeing Commercial Airplanes from 1986 to 2000, where they managed a diverse team and had total P&L responsibility for commercial and defense component manufacturing.

Jeffery Otte completed their education with a Master's degree in Science in Management from Friends University, which they attended from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from Kansas Newman, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Their educational journey began with an Associates degree in Machine Tool & Die from Southeast Community College, completed from 1984 to 1986.
