Paul Prestis

Paul Prestis has a strong background in operations management. Paul began their career at Dana Corporation in 1995, where they worked as an Operations Manager overseeing safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction initiatives. Paul also served as a Program Manager for various automotive programs. In 2004, they joined A.O. Smith as an Operations Manager, responsible for manufacturing operations and overseeing safety, quality, production, and cost-saving initiatives. Paul later became the Director of Operations, managing plant operations in both the US and Canada. In 2015, Paul joined AO SMITH as the Director of Operations, where they improved operations and was given responsibility for another site in Canada. Paul currently works at Safe Fleet as the Senior Director of Operations, responsible for all operational activities across multiple sites.

Paul Prestis completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, Leadership from Pfeiffer University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Coker College from 2009 to 2011 as a Junior, studying Business. In 1998, they obtained a certification as a Certified Supervisor in Business from Dana University. In 2015, Paul also obtained the OSHA 10 Hour Training certification.
