Jardon Bouska

Jardon Bouska has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jardon most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Safe-Guard Products since 2014. Prior to that, they held the position as the Division President of the Biller Solutions Division at Fiserv from 2008 to 2014. During their time at Fiserv, they achieved financial objectives, led a team of over 800 associates, and maintained and grew major client relationships. Before that, they worked at CheckFree, where they held multiple executive positions including EVP/GM/SVP of the Biller Solutions Division, SVP of I.T., and SVP of Operations. Jardon played a significant role in the growth of MyCheckFree.com and the creation of a new data-fed ebill product. Additionally, they co-founded and served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Secureworks, where they built operational teams and secured funding for the company. Prior to that, they worked at MCI in various leadership roles, including Executive Director, GM, Director, and Manager, where they led large business units and managed customer service operations. Jardon began their career at Sprint as a Manager and Supervisor in Financial Planning.

Jardon Bouska obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Kansas, which they attended from 1979 to 1982. Following this, they enrolled in the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business to pursue their MBA degree, which they completed from 1982 to 1984.
