Amy Babcock Lopez

Amy Babcock Lopez serves as the Chief Development Officer at SAFE, an organization focused on advancing U.S. economic and national security through transportation and energy policies, since September 2024. Prior to this role, Amy was the Senior Director of Regional Growth at Replica, where responsibilities included revenue growth for state and local agency clients from September 2022 to September 2024. From September 2016 to September 2022, Amy held the position of Director of Public Sector Services and Smart City Strategy at INRIX, directing sales and marketing across a broad regional area. Previously, Amy led corporate engagement efforts at SAFE from September 2014 to September 2016, and before that was the Director of Membership and Business Development at the Electric Drive Transportation Association from September 2009 to August 2014, where membership growth strategies resulted in a 28 percent increase year-over-year. Amy is an alumnus of Rochester Institute of Technology.
