Aimee W. serves as the Director of Learning & Talent Development at Safelite since March 2022, previously holding roles as Director of Learning and Learning Manager for Store Operations. Aimee's extensive experience includes a position as Senior Manager of Talent & Culture at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed developing a learning and development framework for over 8,000 global leaders. Prior to that, Aimee spent over two decades at Alliance Data Card Services, leading teams in organizational design, talent management, and program execution across various departments. Aimee holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Otterbein University.
