Anna Rejdová

Anna Rejdová began their career in 2015 as an HR Researcher at OPTIMA RECRUITMENT EUROPE, s.r.o. Anna later worked as an HR Trainee at Sberbank CZ in 2016. In 2017, they served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Moravia. From 2018, while working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at RWS Group, they coordinated the recruitment process of IT and localization roles in Europe, focusing on employer branding, event organization, and cooperation with other entities. In 2021, they joined Safetica as an HR Manager responsible for the HR strategy, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, internal communication, HR marketing activities, and its improvement, and as an Event Coordinator for SUHR.

Anna Rejdová started their education with Czechitas in the field of Information Technology but the start and end year of this education are unknown. Anna then attended Gymnázium Slovanské náměstí from 2009 to 2013, but the degree they obtained is unknown. In 2021, they participated in a 3-month Marketing Academy called #HolkyzMarketingu. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various courses from different institutions such as Femme Palette, Google, and LinkedIn in areas such as Leadership, Creative Skills, Emotional Intelligence, and Project Management.
