Lynn Hovda

Dr. Hovda served as Director of Veterinary Medicine for the Minnesota Regional Poison Center and Hazard Information Services, and was Director of Veterinary Medicine for PROSAR International Poison Center from 1997 to 2004. She holds Pharmacy Board licensure in Minnesota and North Dakota, and Veterinary Board licensure in Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. She has published scientific articles and book chapters, presented scientific abstracts and invited presentations, and participated in numerous educational proceedings for lay groups. She holds memberships in several professional, scientific, and civic organizations, and has served on committees for the American Veterinarian Medical Association, American College of Veterinary Medicine, and the American Association of Poison Control Centers.
