What You Will Do:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap for an area of the product, ensuring alignment with company goals:
    • Collect, quantify & prioritize product-related challenges to be considered for future development.
    • Conduct customer research and analyze customer pain points submitted through multiple channels, including the customer facing ideas portal.
    • Identify and perform risk analysis; proactively raise prioritization and scheduling tradeoff decisions, and escalate and identify alternate options as appropriate
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
    • Define and analyze key metrics to understand product performance and drive improvements.
  • Lead product launches, working alongside internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
  • Ensure the development of high-quality products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within budget that also meet the customer expectations, quality standards and provide a clear value add to customers and/or prospects.
  • Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years with increasing levels of responsibility in Product Management, Development, Engineering, and/or Technical Services for SaaS solutions.

  • 2+ years hands-on Product Management experience.

  • Background in agile and scrum methodologies.

  • Track record of leading and proactively managing end-to-end execution of projects / programs

  • Demonstrated data and analysis fluency

  • Ability to work independently and through teams, at multiple organizational levels.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle issues/escalations under pressure, and manage multiple projects

  • Comfortable with rapidly changing environments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. High EQ

  • Self-Starter with eagerness to learn new skills, grow professionally, and take on new challenges.

  • Must be fully authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are currently unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
