Menghan Hu

Menghan Hu has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. They are currently serving as the VP, Head of HR North America at Safilo. Prior to that, they worked at Tory Burch as the Human Resources Director, Global Headquarters. Before joining Tory Burch, Menghan held various roles at L'Oréal, including Director of Human Resources in the Consumer Product Division and the LUXE Division, as well as Manager of Human Resources in the LUXE Division. Menghan's earlier experience includes managerial positions at Air France-KLM, where they served as a Manager of Human Resources Business Partner and a Learning and Development Lead. At Air France-KLM, they provided a range of HR services, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, learning and development, employee engagement, and HR metrics.

Menghan Hu holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications & Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Menghan also completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) at Vanderbilt University.
