Nalini Naidu

Nalini Naidu currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Safran since September 2022, following a tenure as DVP & Head of Human Resources at OrigoFinance from May 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Prior to that, Nalini held the position of General Manager & Head of Human Resources at GMR Airport Developers Limited from October 2011 to May 2019, overseeing various HR functions such as recruitment and performance management. Nalini's career in HR began at GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited, where Nalini was promoted to Manager-HR, focusing on talent management and employee engagement from May 2005 to September 2011. Educationally, Nalini holds an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School and a B.E. in Instrumentation & Control from L.D. College of Engineering.
