Jeremy Viland-Rose

Jeremy Viland-Rose has a diverse work experience in the education and coaching sectors. Jeremy started their career as a Teach For America Corps Member from 2008 to 2010. Jeremy then worked as a Teacher in the Glendale Unified School District from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they taught 2nd and 5th grade, implemented innovative teaching methods, and organized educational field trips.

In 2012, Jeremy joined Citizen Schools as a Campus Director, where they served as the primary instructional leader, analyzed student data to improve academic performance, and collaborated with school partners. Jeremy worked there until 2015.

From 2015 to 2019, Jeremy founded their own coaching and consulting business called Jeremy Rose Coaching & Consulting. Jeremy worked with groups and individuals on various topics such as strengths, career transitions, leadership, and employee engagement.

After that, Jeremy joined Galileo Learning as a Regional Director from 2016 to 2020, where they oversaw operations and managed multiple locations.

Jeremy'smost recent role is with Saga Education, where they started in 2021 as a Talent Development Manager and later became the Director of Operations in 2022. In this role, they were responsible for hiring and training staff, managing cross-functional projects, and developing learning strategies for the department.

Jeremy Viland-Rose holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, which was obtained from Arizona State University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Associate Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation, Certified Professional Coach from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC Coaching, Strengths Coach (Strengthsfinder) from Gallup, and a Reading Endorsement from Arizona State University and University of Phoenix.
