Nicholas Watson

Nicholas Watson has a strong and diverse work experience. Nicholas is currently the Managing Director of Social Enterprise at SAGE, where they lead a team providing LGBT competency training and consulting on LGBT aging issues to service providers. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Social Enterprises at Project HOME from 2017 to 2020. Nicholas has also held various positions at Housing Works, including Vice President of Social Enterprise/Executive Director of HWBC, where they oversaw all aspects of a $6M annual budget and 40 employees. Nicholas has experience in restructuring and improving organization efficiency, enhancing data-driven decision making, and managing vendor relationships. Additionally, they have worked at Equal Justice USA as a Communications Associate and at City Lights Television as a Senior Production Manager, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills and managed multiple projects. Throughout their career, Nicholas has consistently achieved growth and established valuable relationships with stakeholders.
