Chelsea Seymour is an experienced food service professional with a strong background in dietary management and dining services. Currently serving as Food Service Director at SAGE Dining Services since January 2023, Chelsea previously held the position of Director of Dining Services at Unidine and Director of Food & Nutrition at Palomar Health.
