Brandon Farley

Director, Translational Science at Sage Therapeutics

Brandon Farley has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Brandon currently serves as the Director of Translational Science at Sage Therapeutics since April 2022. Prior to this, they held roles as a Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist at the same company from August 2019 to present and April 2017 to July 2019 respectively.

Before joining Sage Therapeutics, they worked at Biogen from May 2013 to April 2017. At Biogen, they held the positions of Scientist II from July 2015 to April 2017 and Scientist I from May 2013 to June 2015.

Brandon began their career as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at CNRS from August 2009 to March 2013. Brandon also worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at AstraZeneca from June 2007 to August 2009.

Overall, Brandon brings a strong scientific background and expertise in translational science to their current role at Sage Therapeutics.

Brandon Farley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Michigan from 1995 to 1999. Following that, they pursued their Ph.D. in Neuroscience at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2000 to 2007.
