Joy Chapman has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and IT. Joy began their career in 1998 at Delphi Catalyst as a Technical Systems Administrator, managing Windows domain and SQL database installations and administration. In 2001, they transitioned to the role of Information Technology Analyst, where they installed and updated various technology applications and performed patch management for Windows-based computers and servers.

In 2007, Joy joined UMICORE AUTOCAT USA INC., where they worked as an IT Server and Network Engineer. Joy was responsible for upgrading network infrastructure for multiple sites, including Cisco routers, switches, and Access Points. Joy also deployed new hardware and applications, monitored network sites, and ensured data backup and SQL support. In 2015, they were promoted to the position of Senior Controls Technician, leading teams and managing projects while implementing solutions and reducing operating costs.

Currently, Joy works at SageNet. Joy started in 2020 as a Test and Turn Up Technician, responsible for testing and implementing new technologies. In February 2021, they transitioned into the role of Client Implementation Manager.

Throughout their career, Joy has demonstrated strong technical skills, project management abilities, and a proactive approach to implementing emerging technologies and improving system performance.

Joy Chapman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Oklahoma State University in 1987. Joy then went on to earn an Associate's degree in Electronics Technology from Rogers State College in 1992. In May 2019, Joy obtained a certification as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in SQL 2016 Database Development from Microsoft.
