Hemant Kumar

Hemant Kumar has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Hemant is currently the Vice President of Qualitative Research at Sago since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Course5i as the Associate Vice President of Client Service & Delivery from September 2014 to April 2022. Before that, they served as an Account Delivery Manager at Manthan Services from December 2013 to September 2014. Hemant also worked as the Vice President of Operations at MROptimus Inc. from May 2012 to November 2013. Hemant Kumar has also held positions at Toluna, Wipro BPO, Nemdotcon Genesis Pvt. Ltd, and Vigorsoft Pvt. Ltd, gaining valuable experience in service delivery, operations, technical facilitation, software development, and engineering.

Hemant Kumar completed their education at multiple institutions. Hemant first pursued a B.Sc in Computer Science at the University of Rajasthan from 1997 to 2000. Hemant then enrolled at ACTS, Pune from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained a PG Diploma in Advanced Computing with a specialization in Computer Science. Finally, in 2021, Hemant enrolled in the Indian School of Business and completed the General Management Program (GMP) in 2022. Hemant also earned a certification in General Management from the Indian School of Business in March 2022.
