Jessica Lynch

Jessica Lynch has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Jessica'smost recent role was as the Director of Client Solutions at both Sago and Everyone Talks | Authentic Product Reviews, where they focused on providing answers and solutions to clients' questions and driving product ratings and reviews for brands and online retailers. Prior to that, they worked at Focus Pointe Global/ Delve Marketing Research for 12 years, starting as a Senior Account Manager and eventually becoming the Director of STARS Product Use Research Experience. In this role, they built client relationships and facilitated the generation of authentic consumer-generated online reviews. Before entering the market research industry, Jessica worked in sales and marketing at Ferro Magnetics.

Jessica Lynch attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Consumer and Family Economics.
