Thomas Burke

Thomas Burke is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in government contracts and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at SAIC since 2020, Thomas previously held the position of Vice President and Assistant General Counsel from 2014 to 2020. Prior to SAIC, Thomas worked at Hewlett-Packard Company as Senior Counsel for the Public Sector, and at BEA Systems, Inc. as Counsel specializing in Government Affairs. Thomas's early career includes a lengthy tenure at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, progressing from Associate to Partner, where services included litigation and advising on government contract issues for various clients. Thomas holds a JD with honors from The George Washington University Law School and an AB in Economics from Brown University.
