Rahul Prasad

Rahul Prasad has over 17 years of work experience in the recruitment industry. Rahul began their career in 2004 as a Recruiting Executive (ITES) at Torel Technologies Pvt.Ltd. Rahul then moved to Integrated Information Technology (IIT) Pvt.Ltd. in 2005 as an HR Recruiter. In 2006, they joined Akraya INC as a Technical Recruiter. In 2008, they worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Advent Global Solutions. In 2009, they became a Lead Recruitment Specialist for Big 5 Consulting at Saicon INC. In 2011, they worked as a Consultant (Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist) at Systems Plus Technologies. Rahul then returned to Saicon in 2012, where they held the roles of Talent Acquisition Manager, Resource Manager, Quality And Training Head (Recruitment) and Talent Acquisition Lead (Recruitment). In 2021, they moved to iPlace as a Manager - Service Delivery. Rahul currently works at Saicon as a Lead Manager.

Rahul Prasad completed their Bachelor of Commerce at Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2002. Rahul then went on to graduate from the same university. In addition to their formal education, Prasad has also obtained a number of certifications, including a Certificate of Appreciation from iPlace in October 2022, Digital Body Language from LinkedIn in December 2021, Building Your Visibility as a Leader from LinkedIn in May 2021, Project Management Foundations: Communication from LinkedIn in April 2021, and Introduction to CMMI for Services 1.3 from the Software Engineering Institute | Carnegie Mellon University in November 2013.
