Troy Hubbard is a Principal Scientist at Sail Biomedicines since January 2022, previously holding senior and scientist roles at Senda Biosciences and ConsortiaTX, Inc. Troy has extensive experience in academic research, having served as the Preclinical Vaccine Development Team Leader at Harvard University, where responsibilities included the design and evaluation of preclinical safety and efficacy studies, as well as intellectual property and fundraising applications. Troy also worked as a Predoctoral Research Fellow, focusing on functional genomic studies of bacterial pathogens, and as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at both Harvard University and Harvard Medical School, contributing to the development and instruction of curricula in microbiology and global health. Troy began research as an INBRE Scholar at the National Institutes of Health, following a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Creighton University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Microbiology and Immunobiology from Harvard University.
