Debbie Marasovic

Debbie Marasovic has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as the Director of HR at Sailun Tire Company, starting in April 2019. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director at Multy Home from March 2017 to November 2018, where they provided guidance and support to executive leadership on HR strategies and organizational design decisions. Debbie also held the position of Head of Human Resources - North America (HR Director) at RM2 S.A. from October 2013 to February 2017, and they were responsible for managing the company's HR function as a member of the senior management team. Before that, Debbie worked as the HR Director/Office Manager at Robert Kennedy Publishing from April 2012 to June 2013, overseeing all aspects of human resources for 80+ employees. Additionally, they gained experience as the Human Resource Manager and Human Resource/Payroll Representative at Advanced Metal Stamping Corporation from August 2005 to May 2010, and as the Human Resource Coordinator/Accounts Receivable Specialist at Campbell Auto Group from October 1999 to August 2002. Debbie's career started at Scotiabank as a Retail Lending Clerk/Customer Service Representative/Teller from March 1998 to October 1999.

Debbie Marasovic completed their education history with a Business Diploma in Human Resources from Sheridan College in 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a Small Business Management Program at Mohawk College from 1996 to 1997. In addition to their degrees, Debbie also holds various certifications, including Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP) from the Canadian HR Academy (2020), Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association (2010), and several others from Sheridan College and Industrial Accident Prevention Association.
