Christy Rossiter

Christy Rossiter has over 20 years of experience in various HR and management roles. Christy served as the Director of Comp and Benefits at Saint Francis Ministries and the Director of Human Resources at Kansas Electric, Inc. Christy also worked as an Assistant Director of Milieu Services at Youthville, where they oversaw staff and ensured regulatory compliance. Christy has a strong background in strategic planning, recruitment, employee development, and compliance.

Christy Rossiter completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Accounting at Friends University from 2007 to 2009. Christy then pursued an MBA in Leadership at Tabor College from 2009 to 2011. In August 2020, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
