Kim Huffman

Kim Huffman, CHAM, has extensive work experience in patient access and financial services. Kim currently holds the role of System Director Patient Access and Financial Experience at Saint Francis Health System, where they lead a team responsible for various patient access functions across multiple locations. Kim is also the Project Champion for the Digital Front Door project. Before joining Saint Francis Health System, they worked at UT Southwestern Medical Center as an Assistant Vice President and Director, overseeing patient financial and access services for clinics and hospital visits. Kim also served as the Director of Operations at HCFS and as a Patient Access Manager at Mercy. Additionally, they have held roles at Texas Health Resources, CHRISTUS Health, and ALEXIAN BROTHERS HOSPITAL, where they gained experience in revenue cycle management and patient access analysis.

Kim Huffman, CHAM, earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government with a Public Service emphasis and a minor in History (Southwestern Studies) from the University of Central Oklahoma from 1986 to 1989. They also hold a certification as a Certified Healthcare Access Manager from the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM).
