David Starr

David Starr is an accomplished professional in the field of academic technology with extensive experience at Saint Joseph's University, where David currently serves as the Manager of Academic Technology. In this role since September 2014, David provides primary support for various academic information systems and is instrumental in integrating technology into teaching and learning. Previously, as the Sr. Director of Faculty Engagement, Innovation, and Technology Management, David led the development and implementation of innovative technologies and established university-wide goals related to instructional technology. David's earlier positions at Saint Joseph's University include Director of Instructional Technology and Instructional Technology Specialist, roles in which David focused on researching and piloting instructional techniques, delivering faculty programming, and managing teams to support multimedia production.
