Tammy Leslie has a strong background in HR and compensation management. Tammy is currently the Vice President of Total Rewards at Saint Luke's Health System, where they lead the HR team and is responsible for various HR functions including compensation, benefits, retirement, leave management, and HR compliance. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Total Rewards Strategy at the same company.
Before joining Saint Luke's, Tammy was the Senior Director of HR Strategic Services at Providence Health & Services, where they oversaw the compensation program, benefit plans, HRIS system, and HR shared services. Tammy also mentored a team of HR professionals.
Earlier in their career, Tammy held positions at Ferrellgas, ConAgra Foods, Bellevue University, Data Transmission Network, Guarantee Life Company, Precision Industries, and Contemporary Industries. In these roles, they gained experience in compensation, benefits, HRIS systems, and payroll.
Tammy began their career in the US Army, where they served in military intelligence. Their work experience spans over four decades, making their a seasoned professional in the field of HR and compensation management.
Tammy Leslie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Bellevue University, which they attended from 1994 to 1995. Tammy then pursued a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the same university, completing their studies from 1996 to 2000. Tammy Leslie has obtained several certifications, including the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in December 2019, the Group Benefits Associate certification from IFEBP in 2015, the Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in April 2015, and the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork in June 2014.
