Daniel Patino

Co-Founder, Executive Chef at Salad and Go

Daniel Patino has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Daniel started their career serving in the United States Marine Corp as a 0323 from 1992 to 1998. After that, they worked as a Commis Chef at The French Laundry from 2000 to 2001, followed by a similar role at Restaurant Daniel from 2001 to 2002. Daniel then served as a Commis Chef at Charlie Trotters in 2002 for a year. Daniel then joined Mina Group and worked as an Executive Chef from 2006 to 2013. In 2013, they became a Co-Founder and Executive Chef at Salad and Go, continuing to present.

Daniel Patino attended the California Culinary Academy, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. However, no specific start or end dates for their education are provided.
