Jess Harrington

Jess Harrington has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jess is currently employed as a Compensation Benefits Manager at Salad and Go since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at KATERRA from July 2019 to June 2021, where they held the role of Compensation and Benefits Manager. Jess also worked as a Compensation Benefits Analyst and HR Coordinator at KATERRA from January 2020 to July 2020 and from March 2019 to January 2020, respectively. Before joining KATERRA, Jess worked as an HR Assistant at Phoenix Suns from May 2018 to March 2019. Jess also worked as an HR Coordinator at Arizona State University from April 2017 to May 2018. Their career in human resources began as an HR Intern at Kimley-Horn from March 2016 to February 2017.

Jess Harrington completed a Master's degree in HR & Employment Law from Arizona State University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources from the same university from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Jess obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, and a People Analytics certification from LinkedIn in March 2023.
