Jerry Callison

Jerry Callison has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jerry is currently serving as the SVP Technology and Operations at Salary.com since July 2021. In 2022, they founded Genesis and The Big Bang. Prior to that, Callison founded and served as the CEO of Reliance Desktop, where they designed and developed a private cloud solution for businesses and software vendors.

Jerry has also worked at Ascendum Solutions as a Full-Stack Developer where they implemented enhancements to a React-based single-page application and Node-based server. At the City of Tallahassee, Callison served as an Architecture Consultant, providing guidance for migrating core systems to a cloud-based solution.

In their previous roles at Bank of America, they worked as an Automation Engineer and a Service Delivery Manager, driving technology strategy and implementation. Jerry has also held positions at HomeSide Lending, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Computer Power Inc, where they led development teams and contributed to various software projects.

Jerry Callison obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Business Administration from the University of North Florida, which they completed from 1988 to 1991.
