Jonathan Nohr is currently the Co-Founder & Managing Director at Salary Hero, a financial health platform for the Thai workforce. At Salary Hero, they are responsible for developing a suite of financial tools including on-demand salaries, financial education, budgeting, and savings. Their role aims to improve staff financial well-being and provide tangible cost savings to employers through lower staff turnover, faster recruiting, and a happier and more productive workforce.

Jonathan also worked at Credit Suisse as an Associate in IG/HY Fixed Income Credit, from June 2013 to May 2017. Earlier in their career, they had internships at the United Nations and Micro Enterprise Support Programme Trust (MESPT) in 2011 and 2010, respectively. Jonathan also worked as a Telecommunications Agent at the Danish Refugee Council from August 2009 to January 2010.

Jonathan Nohr began their education in 2006 at Niels Brock Elite Gymnasium, where they pursued a Studentereksamen degree. From 2007 to 2009, Jonathan attended the International School of Kenya, where they worked towards an International Baccalaureate degree. Most recently, in 2019 to 2020, Jonathan pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD.
