Joe Paul Curisinche

Joe Paul Curisinche has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and technical support. Joe Paul began their career at Oracle as a Bi-lingual Technical Support Analyst, where they provided real-time solutions to a wide range of technical and non-technical issues. Joe Paul then joined PresenceLearning as a Technical Support Representative, where they excelled in prioritizing and resolving issues, investigating technical problems, and offering guidance to stakeholders.

Joe later transitioned to a student role as a UX Designer at DevMountain, where they worked on various projects, including an iOS app and a web project aimed at curbing deforestation. During this time, they conducted user research, developed personas and user goals, and created wireframes and prototypes.

After completing their studies, Joe gained practical experience as a Freelance Designer on Upwork, where they communicated design rationale, delivered wireframes and designs, and gathered user feedback. Joe Paul also worked as a Product Design Intern at Mighty, where they designed customer-facing emails, revamped the marketing website, and collaborated with the marketing team.

More recently, Joe contributed as a Product Designer at Alianza, Inc., where they collaborated with a cross-functional team to ideate and align deliverables, defined and built a design system and component library, and collaborated on various projects and platforms. Joe Paul is currently a Product Designer at SalesRabbit, Inc., utilizing their skills to enhance the product design.

Joe Paul Curisinche attended Devmountain in 2019 to study UX Design, but did not obtain a degree. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, they attended the University of Utah and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian Studies, with a focus on Korean Language and Culture. In addition, they obtained a certification in UX Design from DevMountain in June 2019.
