Crystal Miller

Crystal Miller, Ph.D., PCC, CPCC, is an accomplished professional in leadership development and organizational coaching. Currently serving as Chief Learning Officer at SalesBoost, LLC and an Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership, Crystal also contributes as a Faculty and Executive Coach for the American Association of State Colleges and Universities. With extensive teaching experience at San Diego State University, Crystal specializes in Management and Organizational Behavior, as well as Leadership in Organizations. Previous roles include Chief Learning Officer and Organizational Strategist at BiasSync, Director of Leadership Development at California State University, Chancellor's Office, and several teaching positions at the University of San Diego. Crystal holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and has a diverse background in organizational consulting, yoga instruction, and facilitation, reflecting a strong commitment to impactful leadership education and development.
