Janet Gierman

Janet Gierman currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Salesforce since April 2020. Prior to this role, Janet held the position of Senior Director of Sales Solutions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from January 2015 to March 2020. Janet's earlier experience includes working as a Managing Consultant at Forsythe Technology from October 2005 to December 2014, and as an Account Manager at CDW from June 2002 to September 2005. Janet earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
