Deneen Smith has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Deneen began their career in 1992 as an Associate Buyer at ComputerLand, which was later acquired by Vanstar Corporation. In 1993, they became a Buyer at Vanstar Corporation and was responsible for purchasing and maintaining inventory levels for 8 vendors. In 1996, Vanstar Corporation was acquired by Inacom, where Deneen was promoted to Senior Buyer and was accountable for managing, purchasing, and inventory control for IBM Computer products. In 1999, they moved to Hewlet-Packard, formerly Compaq Corporation, as an Account Manager responsible for sales of computer products to targeted accounts. In 2003, they joined BMC Software as an Inside Sales Account Manager and Support Renewal Representative. In 2005, they moved to Symantec Corporation as a Senior Maintenance Renewal Representative responsible for managing 60 million annually in renewals for the National Telecom Accounts. In 2007, they joined Proofpoint as an Account Manager where they were responsible for renewals and customer satisfaction for enterprise, educational, state and federal government accounts in the eastern region territory. In 2011, they joined Host Analytics, Inc. as a Customer Success Representative. In 2020, they began working at SalesHood as an Account Manager, Renewals and is currently looking for a new position as a Customer Success/Renewal Manager.
