Oliver Symons

Oliver Symons has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Oliver is currently the Director of EMEA Commercial Sales at Salesloft, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Oliver worked at LandTech from 2018 to 2021, where they held multiple roles. As the Head of LandFund, they were responsible for the ideation, research, development, and go-to-market strategy of a financial services marketplace called LandFund. Oliver also worked as a Sales Manager for LandInsight, leading a top-performing sales team and implementing a data-driven sales process. Oliver mentored and trained their team, as well as developed sales playbooks and promotional plans. Before LandTech, Oliver worked at Ballard Estate Agents for six years, where they served as a Senior Sales and Business Manager. During their time there, they led the sales team and contributed to consecutive years of growth. Oliver also worked as an Individual Contributor, consistently exceeding sales targets. Oliver began their career as a Senior Consultant at Progressive Recruitment from 2008 to 2010.

Oliver Symons completed their Bachelor's degree in Business from Bradfield College between 2001 and 2003. Oliver then pursued further education at the University of Surrey from 2004 to 2008, specializing in IT, Technology, and Business.
