Andre Green

Andre Green has significant experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the submarine community. Andre served in the US Navy, starting in 1988 and rising to the position of Submarine Command Master Chief. In this role, they repaired, maintained, and upgraded mission-critical equipment. After leaving the Navy, they joined Drs Technology as a Video Teleconferencing Technician and Manager, overseeing classified networks and facilitating Department of Defense Video Teleconferences. Andre then joined Salient CRGT, where they held roles such as Senior Project Manager and Director, managing multi-million dollar contracts and coordinating procurement for customers. Currently, they serve as Vice President of Special Operations Support Solutions (SOSS) at GovCIO.

Andre Green has a diverse education history. In 1997-1999, they attended Northern Virginia Community College and obtained an Associate's degree in Information Systems Technology Specializing in Networking. In 2008-2010, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Excelsior University. Continuing their education, from 2013 to 2016, Andre pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Finally, in 2016, they completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, also from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
