Patricia Reles has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Patricia started their career in 2007 as an Instructor at St. John Ambulance and later moved on to work as an Ontario District Environmental Health & Safety Manager/HR at Sanimax. In 2009, they joined Vincor Canada as a National Return to Work Specialist before taking on the role of Human Resource, Health & Safety Manager for North America at Winoa in 2011. Patricia then worked at Northland Power Inc. from 2014 to 2019 as a Health, Safety & Environmental professional. Patricia later became the Vice President of Human Resources at Heddle Shipyards until 2020. Currently, Patricia is serving as the Human Resources Director at Salit Steel.

Patricia Reles has a diverse education history that spans different fields and areas of expertise. In 1999, they attended Niagara College, although the degree and field of study are unspecified. In 2011, Patricia received a Certificate in HR Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School. Continuing their education, they attended Epic Training in 2017, where they obtained a certificate in Environmental Engineering for Non-Engineers with a focus on Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law. The following year, they completed Workplace Violence & Harassment Investigation Training at Workplace Law Consulting Inc. In addition to their formal education, Patricia Reles has achieved various certifications. Patricia obtained the Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in July 2017. In October 2020, they earned the Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) certification from HRCI.
