Jaime Alfonso Oyaneder Tapia

Jaime Alfonso Oyaneder Tapia has extensive experience in the aquaculture industry, currently serving as the Leader of Plant Start-Up at Salmones Aysén S.A. since July 2022. Previously, Jaime held the position of Plant Sub-Manager at Salmones Aysén S.A. from June 2019 to March 2022 and was the Operations Chief at Candelaria Spa from August 2016 to June 2019, where services were provided in aquaculture processes. With a solid background including roles as Production Sub-Manager at Marine Farm (GMT) and Plant Sub-Manager at Salmones Antártica S.A., Jaime has demonstrated strong leadership and operational management capabilities since entering the field in the early 1990s. Complementing this professional experience, Jaime earned a technical degree in Fishing Engineering from Centro de Formacion Zipter between 1986 and 1990.
