Susan Chaika has a diverse work experience that spans over many years. Susan currently works for Chief as a Member, where they play a role in driving more women into positions of power. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Product Marketing at Salsify. Susan also held the position of Director of Product Marketing at Zendesk from 2019 to 2021.

Susan Chaika has a diverse educational background with a focus on religious studies, Chinese, theology, and business. Susan obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Religious Studies and Chinese from the University of California, Berkeley. Susan also attended the University of Leeds, where they studied theology and Chinese. Additionally, Susan enrolled in the BASE Program - Business for Arts, Sciences and Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

In addition to their educational achievements, Susan has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they completed the North American Leadership Forum at Nielsen. The following year, they participated in the McKinsey Management Program conducted by McKinsey & Company. In 2015, Susan obtained certifications in Foundations, Launch, Market, and PMC Level III from Pragmatic Institute. Finally, in 2016, they completed the Nielsen Diverse Leadership Network program at Emory University - Goizueta Business School. More recently, Susan received the Product Marketing Team of the Year Award from Product Marketing Alliance in September 2020.
