Riley Montz

Riley Montz is an experienced manager at Salt Creek Grille since April 2007, overseeing scheduling for 50 employees, managing in-house training, and conducting various inventory and payroll reports. Notably, Riley helped achieve over $5 million in sales in the restaurant's first year, the highest in a decade. Previously held roles include Lead Bartender and Lead Private Dining Server, contributing to significant net sales while training over 75 employees. Prior experience includes event catering for Shallots, where Riley coordinated a large corporate dining event, and serving as a Production Assistant at Stone & Company Entertainment, creating training materials and supporting a large film crew. Riley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
